Accountancy Apprentice 🚀

Are you ready to kickstart your career in finance? MBDA is looking for ambitious and driven individuals to join our fully funded Level 3 Accountancy Apprenticeship program, starting September 2027! 🗓️

What you'll be doing:

• Gain an AAT Diploma in Accounting (Level 3) and then progress to a Level 4 Diploma in Professional Accounting.
• Work within at least two Finance functions on-site 2-3 days per week, getting hands-on experience.
• Develop a strong understanding of our Finance vision and contribute to our goals.
• Potential placements include Accounting and Planning, Programmes Finance, Cost Control, Treasury, and Bids and Contract Evaluation.
• In your final 12 months, you'll work full-time to gain practical experience and solidify your skills.

What we're looking for:

• A minimum of 5 GCSEs at grades 9-4, including English Language, Mathematics, and a Science or Technology subject.
• A basic understanding of Microsoft applications.
• Crucially: You need to ensure your home or rental location is suitable and travel arrangements are manageable for attending MBDA sites and training providers. 🚗💨
