Your Education & Training:
Earn your BSc in Project Management through a structured degree apprenticeship with the University of Plymouth. 📚 Your academic journey will be primarily online, with interactive virtual lectures, seminars, and workshops to build your theoretical foundation. The rest of your time? That's spent at Babcock, putting your learning into action. You'll develop real-world skills, gain invaluable industry experience, and deepen your understanding by contributing to live projects alongside seasoned professionals.

What You'll Need:
- Level 2 English and Maths at Grade 4/C or above (GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above are also accepted).
- PLUS ONE of the following:
- 3 A Levels at Grade C or above (Maths, Science, or IT are a bonus!) ➕
- A T Level Pass (with Grade C or above in the core component)
- A BTEC Extended Diploma at Grade MMM (Merit, Merit, Merit)
- An equivalent Level 3 qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or Access to Higher Education Diploma)
Important Security Note: Many of our programmes require Security Clearance and are subject to Trade Control restrictions. Your nationality, citizenship, or residency status may affect your eligibility. For this role, you MUST be able to achieve and maintain Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) and Security Check (SC) clearance. You must also be a sole UK national.
