What you'll be doing:

• Making patients feel welcome and helping them with appointment scheduling. 🗓️
• Answering patient questions with a smile and professionalism. 😊
• Getting our surgeries prepped, making sure instruments are sparkling clean (sterilisation is key!), and keeping everything super hygienic to top standards. 🧼
• Being right there with the dentist during treatments, keeping patient records on point and totally confidential (GDPR, we got you!). 💯
• Making sure patients feel comfortable, reassured, and have a genuinely great time at the dentist. It's all about that positive vibe! 👍
• Keeping an eye on our stock, making sure equipment is ready to go, and our surgeries are always prepped for action. 🚀
• Keeping our clinical areas spotless, safe, and fully kitted out for every appointment. 🌟
• Championing patient privacy, dignity, and confidentiality – it's non-negotiable. 🤫
• Teaming up with our dentists and the whole crew to deliver top-notch, safe, and efficient dental care for everyone. 🤝

Key responsibilities

• Provide efficient and reliable chairside support to clinicians
• Assist with patient reception, scheduling, and enquiries
• Prepare surgeries, sterilise instruments, and maintain infection control
• Accurately update patient records and uphold confidentiality
• Monitor and manage stock, equipment, and clinical areas
