What you'll be doing:

• Being the first point of contact for IT help for staff and students. 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♂️
• Managing user accounts, passwords, and access rights. 🔑
• Setting up and keeping hardware and software in top shape. 🔧
• Sorting out IT problems in classrooms and offices. 🏫
• Helping to roll out new tech and equipment. 📦
• Taking care of our IT loan equipment. 🎧
• Lending a hand with cybersecurity and network monitoring. 🛡️
• Keeping our IT asset records super accurate. 📊
• Providing IT support for exams and school events. 🎉
• Setting up audio-visual equipment. 🎤
• Brainstorming cool tech solutions to boost learning. 💡
• Supporting other Trust schools after you've got the hang of things! 🤝

Key responsibilities

Entry requirements
