IT Support Specialist 💻

What You'll Be Doing:

• Be the first point of contact for our awesome clients, lending a hand with their tech woes. 📞
• Chat with clients and clients via phone, email, and our ticketing system – keeping everyone in the loop. 📧
• Diagnose and fix hardware and software glitches, both from afar and sometimes up close and personal. 🛠️
• Be the go-to for keeping our clients happy by giving them clear updates on their support tickets and what to expect next. 💯
• Keep our support inbox running smoothly, ensuring no request gets left behind. 📬
• Help build and refresh our internal guides and handy client resources. 📚
• Do daily checks on our backup systems and other super important tech stuff to keep things humming along. ✅

Key responsibilities

• Perform 1st line duties
• Communicate with clients verbally and written
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues remotely and in person
• Maintain client expectations by providing regular updates
• Monitor and maintain the support email queue

GCSE in: (3 of any subject (grade 4+ (A* - C)), Maths & English (grade 3+ (D or above)))
