As a Dental Nurse, you'll be the backbone of our clinical operations, providing essential support to our clinicians and ensuring every patient feels comfortable and well-cared for. Your daily grind will involve:
- Patient Welcome Wagon: Greeting patients with a smile and helping them get booked in. 👋
- Answering the Call: Handling patient questions with professionalism and a friendly vibe. 🗣️
- Surgery Squad: Getting our treatment rooms prepped, making sure all instruments are sparkling clean (sterilisation is key! 🧼), and keeping our infection control game strong, meeting all CQC standards. 💯
- Treatment Sidekick: Assisting our dentists during procedures and keeping patient records up-to-date, respecting that sweet GDPR compliance. ✍️
- Comfort Crew: Making sure patients feel relaxed, reassured, and have a genuinely positive dental experience. 🤗
- Stock & Shine: Keeping an eye on our supplies, making sure equipment is ready to go, and maintaining a tidy, safe, and fully equipped clinical space. 🚀
- Privacy Protector: Upholding patient privacy, dignity, and confidentiality at all times – it's a non-negotiable! 🔒

Key responsibilities
- Provide efficient and reliable chairside support to clinicians
- Welcome patients and assist with appointment scheduling
- Prepare surgeries, sterilise instruments, and maintain infection control
