What You'll Be Doing:

• Campaign Crusader: Help plan and launch awesome marketing campaigns, and learn how we measure their success. 📊
• Website Wizard: Support website updates – think fresh course info and making it super accessible! You'll also get to know our Content Management System (CMS) like the back of your hand. 💻
• Content King/Queen: Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media, our website, email marketing, and yes, even TikTok! All while sticking to our cool brand vibe. 🤳
• Social Media Superstar: Jump into our daily social media activity, chatting with our followers and responding to their awesome comments. 👋
• SEO Explorer: Get your hands dirty with basic Search Engine Optimization (SEO), from content tweaks to handy FAQs. 🔎
• Ad Ace (in training!): Gain exposure to paid digital ads, like Meta, by supporting the team with some key tasks. 💰
• Digital Asset Dynamo: Keep our digital asset library super organised, accurate, tagged, and GDPR-compliant. 📂
• Research & Reporting Rockstar: Help with research, understanding our audience, and putting together basic performance reports. 📈
• CRM Champion: Keep our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system sparkling with accurate data, helping with cleansing, segmentation, and email campaigns. ✉️
• Collaborative Creative: Team up with colleagues on content, photography requests, events, and promotions, always keeping GDPR, copyright, and accessibility in mind. 🤝
