Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Front of House:

👋 Greeting customers with a warm welcome and making them feel at home.

🛒 Efficiently serving customers at the till, understanding their needs.

🍔 Delivering Nando's legendary food to our high standards, leaving customers feeling 'Fired Up', 'Wowed by the Experience', and 'Hooked for the Next Taste'.

🍽️ Serving delicious food and drinks, ensuring customers have everything they need.

🎁 Managing the takeaway customer experience.

🧼 Setting up, maintaining, handing over, and closing down a clean, safe, and fully operational workstation.

🧽 Performing deep cleaning to Nando's high standards.

🚨 Adhering to all fire safety, health and safety, food hygiene, and restaurant security measures.

Back of House:

🔥 Preparing, cooking, and serving amazing food to Nando's high standards, making customers feel 'Fired Up', 'Wowed by the Experience', and 'Hooked for the Next Taste'.

👨‍🍳 Setting up, maintaining, handing over, and closing down a clean, safe, and fully operational workstation.
