What you'll be doing:
Front of House 🤩:
- Giving our guests a massive welcome and making them feel right at home.
- Serving up deliciousness efficiently at the till, understanding exactly what they need.
- Delivering Nando's legendary food and drinks to our super high standards – making sure every customer leaves feeling 'Fired Up', 'Wowed by the Experience', and 'Hooked for the Next Taste'! 💯
- Ensuring our takeaway game is as strong as our dine-in.
- Keeping your workstation spotless, safe, and ready for action, from setup to close down.
- Mastering deep cleaning like a pro.
- Being a guardian of fire safety, health & safety, food hygiene, and restaurant security. 🛡️
Back of House 👨🍳👩🍳:
- Whipping up and serving our amazing food to Nando's renowned standards – the kind that gets people saying 'Fired Up', 'Wowed by the Experience', and 'Hooked for the Next Taste'!
- Setting up, maintaining, and closing down a workstation that's clean, safe, and fully operational.
- Becoming a deep cleaning champion.
- Championing all fire safety, health & safety, food hygiene, and restaurant security measures.
