• 🧼 Assisting with personal care and everyday living activities that empower our service users.
• 🏡 Helping out with light domestic tasks like laundry, ironing, and grocery shopping to keep homes running smoothly.
• 💊 Supporting with prescription collections and medication administration (once you're trained and authorised).
• 📱 Accurately documenting care visits, daily notes, and medication records using our handy rostering app.
• 📈 Keeping an eye on and reporting any changes in service users' health, wellbeing, or circumstances.
• 🛡️ Adhering strictly to safeguarding, health & safety, confidentiality, and company policies.
• 🤝 Participating in team meetings, supervision sessions, and essential training to boost your skills.
• 📚 Working towards your apprenticeship qualification and growing your expertise in the care sector.
