The deets:

• Age Requirement: You MUST be 18 or over. This is due to the nature of the role involving alcohol sales within licensed premises, which is regulated by law. 📜
• Experience: No prior experience needed! We'll teach you everything you need to know. Just bring your awesome attitude! 🙌

Your Apprenticeship Journey:

• You'll be working towards a nationally recognised Hospitality Team Member Level 2 Apprenticeship over 15 months. 🏅
• This is a fully work-based apprenticeship, meaning no boring college days! You'll get dedicated support from your Lifetime Learner Coach every 6 weeks (face-to-face and remote) and a mentor in the workplace.
• You'll gain Functional Skills in English and Maths (if needed). 📚
• Regular check-ins every 12 weeks to track your progress and celebrate wins! 🎉

Key responsibilities

• Offer a warm welcome and farewell to guests, while effectively communicating the service cycle, our products and any special offers or events.
• Provide a fast and efficient service and ensure any guest queries and complaints are handled promptly and professionally.
• Have open communication with the entire team to ensure the delivery of outstanding service, promoting a supportive atmosphere where you assist other team members whenever possible.
• Participate in all in-house training, e-learning and the completion of assigned learning modules.
• Always adhere to brand standards, licencing laws and all company policies and procedures.
