No experience needed! Seriously. If you've got a warm heart and a can-do attitude, we'll teach you everything you need to know to shine in our busy environment. You'll even work towards a Level 2 Hospitality Team Member Apprenticeship over 15 months, get a nationally recognised qualification, and help us make some amazing moments happen! 🥳

Key responsibilities

• Offer a warm welcome and farewell to guests, effectively communicating the service cycle, products, and offers.
• Provide personalised recommendations and engage in meaningful conversations with guests.
• Provide a fast and efficient service, handling guest queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Have open communication with the entire team to ensure outstanding service and assist other team members.
• Participate in all in-house training, e-learning, and adhere to brand standards, licensing laws, and company policies.
