What you'll be doing:

• Safety First! 🛡️ Always follow strict safety procedures, wear your Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and keep your workspace clean and hazard-free. Your well-being is our top priority.
• Mastering the Blueprints: 🗺️ Learn to read and understand technical drawings, specifications, and instructions from experienced supervisors.
• Gear Up & Get Ready: 🛠️ Gather, move, and organize all necessary roofing materials. Set up and ensure all tools and equipment are in top working condition.
• Building from the Ground Up (or Top Down!): 🧱 Install a variety of roofing components, including underlay, battens, tiles, slates, flashings, and dry/wet fix products. You'll be working on verges, hips, ridges, and valleys.
• Precision is Key: 📏 Accurately measure and cut tiles or slates to ensure a perfect fit.
• Keeping it Cool (and Warm!): 🌬️ Install insulation and ventilation products for both warm and cold roof constructions.
• Tool TLC: 🧼 Clean and properly store all tools and equipment after each use, keeping our gear in prime condition.
