What You'll Be Doing:

• 👋 Greeting and assisting customers at the medicines counter, answering their questions.
• 💊 Helping with prescription preparation and dispensing (under expert supervision!).
• 📦 Managing stock, handling deliveries, and keeping records on point.
• 💻 Using our pharmacy systems to process prescriptions and sales.
• 🧼 Keeping our pharmacy sparkling clean and adhering to health, safety, and confidentiality standards.
• 🤝 Collaborating with the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

The Deets:

• 🎓 Qualification: Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship.
• ⏳ Duration: Approximately 15 months.
• 📚 Training: Blended learning, combining on-the-job experience with guided study.
• ⏰ Commitment: Must be able to commit to contracted working hours and learning hours.
