Ogilvie Fleet, a top independent vehicle leasing and fleet management specialist in the UK, is on the hunt for a motivated and enthusiastic apprentice to join our awesome team! 🤩 With over 45 years of experience and managing a massive fleet of over 25,000 vehicles for nearly 1,000 businesses, we're offering a dynamic apprenticeship that will give you the inside scoop on how our business rocks! 🤘

You'll get to dive into different key departments, working hand-in-hand with our seasoned pros and taking on real responsibilities as your skills level up. 💪 By the end of this gig, you'll be a wizard of the entire vehicle lifecycle and have a solid grasp of all things Ogilvie Fleet. 🚗💨

What You'll Be Doing:

• Be the first point of contact for customer queries and keep our client relationships strong. 🤝
• Help manage new vehicle orders, organise deliveries, collections, and driver handovers, all logged in our Key2 portal. 📦
• Become a Key2 Superuser – basically, a portal pro! 🌟
• Support the team that approves servicing, repairs, and tyre work across our fleet. 🔧
• Coordinate driver bookings with our repairer network and track it all in LeaseLink. 🗓️
• Assist with digital V5 support for vehicles returning at the end of their contract. 📜
• Team up with the Operations Team to complete business reports using data from our in-house CRM (Maximizer). 📊
• Send out standard letters to customers as instructed by the Fleet Maintenance Controllers. ✉️
