### The Role

In the high-stakes world of railway signalling and control, a Project Manager is the ultimate orchestrator of complex systems. You'll be key in planning, executing, and closing projects that deliver cutting-edge signalling solutions – think interlocking systems, train control, and communication networks. 🚄

You'll make a difference by:

  • Helping plan and deliver railway signalling and control projects 📊, understanding how they go from idea to testing and launch.
  • Working with diverse teams like engineering, software, and installation specialists 🤝, keeping projects on track and coordinated.
  • Boosting your project management skills 💪 by diving into project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and safety.
  • Sharpening your communication and stakeholder skills 🗣️ by collaborating with colleagues, customers, suppliers, and partners to deliver safe and reliable rail solutions.

### What You'll Need to Succeed

  • You've achieved, or are on track to achieve, 96 UCAS points.
  • You've achieved, or are on track to achieve, at least 5 GCSEs at grade 4+ (including Maths and English Language), OR 3 A Levels (or BTEC equivalent) at grade C+.
  • You've got a knack for logical thinking, a drive to self-learn and research 🤔, and a creative spark for problem-solving.
  • You can work independently, safely, and responsibly; you own challenges and ideas, and are keen to lead change. 🚀
  • You thrive in a collaborative environment, enjoying finding innovative solutions with others. ✨

As part of our recruitment process, you'll need to show proof of your qualifications (achieved and in progress) before we can make a job offer. This ensures you meet the educational requirements!
