What you'll be doing:

• Business Transformation: Help drive exciting tech, business changes, and AI-powered projects. 💡
• Data Analytics: Use data to spot and predict potential business risks. 📊
• Generative AI & Agents: Get involved in building safe AI processes, controls, and training. 🤖
• Major Deal Support: Back up bids and client deals, working alongside senior pros. 🤝
• Contract Management: Assist with contracts and client responsibilities. 📝
• Quality Assurance: Support engagement leaders in delivering top-notch work. ✅
• Business Operations: Help with governance, reporting, and identifying risks. 📋
• Learning & Communications: Create awesome risk education and communication materials. 📢
• Compliance & Ethics: Uphold regulatory, ethical, and firm standards. ⚖️
• (Optional) Client Consulting: Get hands-on experience with clients. 💼
• (Optional) Firm-wide Quality, Risk & Security: Work on important QRS matters across the whole firm. 🌐

What you need to bring:

• A minimum of 104 UCAS points from your top 3 A-Levels (achieved after 2017; 260 if before). 📚

Your Development Journey:

• You'll complete a fully funded Level 4 Associate Project Manager Apprenticeship, progressing to a Level 6 Project Manager Degree Apprenticeship upon completion. 🎓
