About the role
Multi-Channel Marketer Apprentice π
Hey there! Lashan Digital is on the hunt for a driven Multi-Channel Marketer Apprentice to join our squad. If you're ready to dive into the world of digital marketing and help us connect with leaders in housing, social care, and retail, this is your chance! We're talking about reaching people across the web, LinkedIn, email, events, and search. ππΌπ§π π
A big part of what we do is pretty technical. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to take that complex info and transform it into super clear, engaging content and visuals that busy people can digest at lightning speed. Think awesome case studies, easy-to-understand explainers, cool diagrams, and punchy short posts. β¨βοΈπ¨
Your superpower here is killer written English and a sharp eye for design. Prior marketing experience is a bonus, but honestly, your ability to communicate clearly and make things look good is what matters most. You'll be working super closely with our founder, sales lead, and our product and delivery teams β a real chance to learn from the best! π€
What You'll Be Doing:
- Writing & Editing: Crafting and polishing content for our website, LinkedIn, email newsletters, case studies, bid documents, and event materials. You'll be the wizard who turns complex tech talk from our architects and engineers into plain English that everyone gets. Plus, you'll be the guardian of our brand voice, making sure everything is spot-on with spelling, grammar, and tone. π
- Visual Content: Transforming written words into eye-catching infographics, diagrams, one-page summaries, slide decks, and short videos that are a breeze to read. You'll keep our visual style consistent across all platforms, rocking brand templates and design tools like Canva. Think of yourself as the keeper of our awesome visual asset library! πΌοΈπ‘
- Channels & Campaigns: Helping to plan and manage our content calendar across web, LinkedIn, email, and events. You'll support exciting campaigns from start to finish, including product launches, bids, and thought leadership pieces. You'll also get hands-on with updating our website using our content management system and applying some basic SEO magic. Plus, you'll be a key player in supporting our events and webinars, from getting the invites out to creating materials and handling follow-ups. ποΈπ
- Research & Measurement: Digging into our sectors, competitors, and audiences to help us figure out what we should be saying and where. You'll be tracking how our content performs using tools like Google Analytics and LinkedIn analytics, and reporting on what's hitting the mark. Your insights will help us get even better! ππ
