Quality, Risk & Security (QRS) Apprenticeship Programme 🛡️

The Quality, Risk & Security (QRS) team is the backbone of Deloitte, ensuring we operate with top-tier honesty and integrity. We're all about building and managing robust systems that keep us safe from financial crime 💰, prevent conflicts of interest with our clients, and maintain our independence. We're also the gatekeepers of compliance, making sure we follow all the rules and keep our people safe and sound. Ultimately, we're the guardians of Deloitte's ability to keep doing its amazing work, meeting all legal and regulatory demands.

Your Academic Journey:

You'll need to have achieved, or be on track to achieve, 104 UCAS points or the equivalent. This needs to be completed by September 2027 for our Autumn 2027 intake. ✨

Your Impact:

You'll play a crucial role in enabling the firm to do business, all while proactively managing risks to protect our clients, people, assets, and data. This apprenticeship is your launchpad to explore diverse areas within risk and security, helping you discover your perfect career path. 🧭

This is a rotational programme, giving you hands-on experience and deep insights into key parts of the firm. You'll get to:

• Financial Crime: Learn to assess client risks and make informed decisions on who we partner with, plus get to grips with anti-money laundering protocols. 🕵️‍♀️
• Personal & Firm Independence: Understand our independence regulations and help our team members stay compliant. 🤝
• Deloitte Business & Security (DBS): Join forces with our DBS teams to defend the firm against security threats. You'll explore cyber security, data protection, crisis management, physical security, vetting, and so much more! 💻
• Enterprise Risk: Discover how the Enterprise Risk team shapes key decisions about the firm's operations. 📊
• Third-Party Risk Management: Learn how we identify and manage risks associated with the third parties Deloitte collaborates with. 🔗
• Service Lines: Potentially get a taste of client-facing work by joining one of our service lines. 🌟

Your journey kicks off with an exciting induction programme designed to equip you with the skills and confidence to thrive. You'll have ongoing support from your People Leader, rotation managers, and a dedicated buddy. 🧑‍🏫 Plus, a clear development plan and endless opportunities for growth and variety across the firm will set you up for an amazing future. 🚀

Where You'll Work:

We know that face-to-face interaction is key for your development, but we also value flexibility. That's why we operate a hybrid model, blending office and home working. If your role is client-facing, you might visit client sites, and meetings will be a mix of online and in-person. 🏠💻

Heads up: your final assessment and induction will be in-person to help you network and build connections! 🤝

Your Development Path:

This 4-year apprenticeship is fully funded and leads to a degree-equivalent qualification! 🎓 You'll complete:

• Level 4 ICA International Advanced Certificate in Governance, Risk and Compliance.
• Level 6 ICA Diploma (Anti-Money Laundering/ Governance, Risk & Compliance/ Financial Crime Prevention) (Degree equivalent).

You'll get 1 dedicated study day per week for your qualifications, plus paid study leave before exams. You'll also have access to tutors and talent coaches from Kaplan to guide you. 📚
