Job Title: Business Transformation Consulting Apprenticeship 🚀
Join our Business Transformation Consulting team and help shape the future of customer experiences! 💡 We partner with businesses to craft awesome digital products, platforms, and services that make customers happy and drive growth. We dive deep into understanding what customers truly want and then leverage design, technology, and marketing to build solutions that hit the mark. You'll be part of a dynamic group working in Marketing, Commerce & Product, helping clients create and execute killer marketing campaigns, boost their online stores, and launch innovative digital products. We use cutting-edge tools, including AI and data, to supercharge our clients' marketing efforts. 📈
What You'll Need:
- Academics: Minimum 104 UCAS points (post-2017) or 260 UCAS points (pre-2017) from your top 3 A-Levels. 🎓
- Apprenticeship: You'll be studying towards a Digital & Technology Solutions Professional Integrated Degree Apprenticeship. This means you must not have already completed a degree. 📚
- Passion for Tech: No coding experience needed! But a solid interest in technology and digital tools is a major plus. ✨

What You'll Be Doing:
Dive into exciting projects from day one! You'll collaborate with brilliant minds to solve complex problems, boost performance, and deliver value to our clients. Every project is unique, but you can expect to:
- Create innovative client deliverables, including workshop materials, communications, project plans, and progress reports. ✍️
- Participate in client workshops and meetings, contributing your ideas and taking action. 🤝
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing outstanding service and exceeding expectations with creative solutions. ⭐
- Offer expert advice and support, tailored to each client's specific needs.
- Drive tangible, positive change for public, private, and financial service organisations.
- Master new project management techniques in a supportive team environment.
Where You'll Work:
We operate a hybrid model, blending office and home working to support your development and offer flexibility. 🏡🏢 Client-facing roles may involve site visits, and meetings will be a mix of online and in-person. Your final assessment and induction will be in-person to help you build your network.
