This role is with the Transformation Activation Northern Ireland (TA NI) team, part of Organisation & Workforce Transformation. We're the biggest and fastest-growing change management crew in Northern Ireland! 🤩 We team up with clients to drive the crucial people, behaviour, and culture shifts needed for successful tech and digital business transformations. We've got your back from the get-go, from strategy sessions to full-on delivery support. You'll get to work with top-tier clients across tons of cool industries like Consumer Business, Tech, Media & Telecoms, Energy, Resources & Industrials, Life Sciences & Healthcare, the Public Sector, and Financial Services. 💼

What you'll bring: 🎓 You'll need at least 104 UCAS points from your top 3 A-Levels (obtained after 2017 – or 260 if before). As part of the BrightStart programme, you'll dive into a 4-year Business Technology degree at Ulster University in Belfast. What you'll be doing: 🤝 As a BrightStart in our TA NI team, you'll be a vital player in making people-focused transformation projects happen. You'll jump into multi-disciplinary teams, getting a taste of the whole change management journey – from strategy and planning to making it all happen and sticking. You'll get to play with awesome, proven frameworks and methodologies used in major projects, all while contributing to initiatives that make a real positive impact. 🌍 In this client-facing gig, you'll be part of the Deloitte Human Capital squad, helping organisations crack tough challenges and deliver game-changing transformations. You'll have a support system of experienced colleagues and tons of chances to level up your skills in a dynamic and collaborative vibe. Your day-to-day might include:

• Teaming up to help clients implement new tech, boost employee experiences, and get people on board with new ways of working.
• Tackling complex business and people puzzles by digging for insights, brainstorming ideas, and contributing to real solutions.
• Building solid connections with your teammates and clients to crush project goals. 💪
• Lending a hand with key tasks like prepping materials, supporting workshops, and keeping projects on track. 🏃‍♀️
• Getting hands-on with Deloitte's tried-and-true frameworks and methods, and putting them to work on actual projects.
• Understanding how new tech and creative thinking can totally shake up transformation projects. 🚀
• Collabing with other Deloitte folks on internal projects and business development to make our business even better.

Where you'll be working: 🏠 We get that face-to-face connection is key for your growth, but we also know flexibility is a must. That's why we've got a hybrid system – a mix of office and home working. If you're client-facing, expect some days at client sites, and your meetings will be a blend of online and in-person.
