We’ve got the skills to tackle anything from boosting reporting processes and implementing new tech (yes, including AI! 🤖) to wrangling complex finance data and fine-tuning how clients manage their money and reporting. We also guide them through massive changes like mergers, digital overhauls, and navigating new regulations. 📈
What You Bring to the Table:
- No prior finance experience needed – seriously! But staying clued into what's happening in the world and what's next is a big plus. 🌍
- You're working towards or have achieved at least 104 UCAS points (from 2017 onwards) from your top 3 A-Levels.

- This is a degree apprenticeship, so you should not have already completed a degree. ✅
Your Day-to-Day Adventure:
Get ready for a wild ride in Controllership and Treasury (C&T)! We're here to solve the toughest problems CFOs face. Your role could involve:
- Unpacking client problems through interactive workshops and labs. 🤝

- Building a solid business case for finance transformations. 📊
- Streamlining finance processes and helping clients embrace them. 🚀
- Creating awesome analytics and insights to prove our impact. 🔥
Your HQ:
We're big on in-person connections for your growth, but we also get that life needs flexibility. That's why we’re hybrid! Expect a mix of office and home working. If you're client-facing, you'll be heading to client sites sometimes. Meetings? A blend of online and in-person. Your final assessment and induction? Definitely in-person to help you network and build those crucial relationships. 🏢🏠
