What You'll Need to Shine? 🎓

• Achieved or are working towards 104 UCAS points (from 2017 onwards) or 260 (before 2017) from your top 3 A-Levels.
• Embark on the BrightStart Level 7 ACA Standard apprenticeship journey.
• Haven't already completed a degree (this is a degree apprenticeship!).

Your Day-to-Day Adventure? 💼

Projects are super varied, reflecting the diverse clients we work with. Your role could involve:

• Scrutinizing how well controls, processes, or functions are working.
• Running audits that get to the core of organisations, from how they make money to how they treat customers.
• Shaping the future control frameworks for businesses.
• Suggesting smart ways for clients to manage their risks.
• Guiding clients on their assurance strategies.
• Building and embedding new assurance or internal audit functions from scratch.
• Facilitating interactive workshops to crack client problems.
• You might even get to dive into technology and cyber controls (think AI audits!), transformation, or data analytics. 🤖📊

Where You'll Be Based? 🏠🏢

We champion a hybrid model, blending office time for development with flexible home working. Client-facing roles might require visits to client sites, and meetings will be a mix of online and in-person. Your final assessment and induction are in-person to kickstart your networking journey.
