What You'll Be Doing:
- Be a key player in large-scale technology transformations, from initial design to final implementation. 🏗️
- Engage directly with clients, collaborating with our expert consultants to reimagine and transform their HR systems. 🤝
- Help clients integrate AI and GenAI solutions into their HR tech stacks, making their workforces more efficient and productive. 🤖
- Work with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements. 📈
- Develop expertise in areas like Recruitment, Performance Management, Time & Attendance, RPA, integrations, reporting, and data migration, all with an AI focus. 🎯
- Showcase the power of AI-powered HR solutions through client demonstrations and knowledge sharing. 🎤
- Configure HR applications to meet client requirements and strategic goals, ensuring seamless AI integration. ✅
- Build cool technical solutions like management dashboards, reports, AI chatbots, and integrations using your knowledge of AI, GenAI, and HR AI tech. ✍️
- Get certified as an implementation practitioner for leading HR applications. 🎓
- Prepare compelling presentations and documents to articulate the value of AI-driven HR transformation to clients. 📊
- Contribute to internal projects and new business opportunities, growing your skills and network. 🌟
What You'll Need:
- Minimum of 104 UCAS points (if gained after 2017) or 260 (if before) from your top 3 A-Levels. 📚
- An interest in HR technology design and implementation.
- You'll be studying towards the Digital and Technology Solutions Professional Apprenticeship from the Ada National College of Digital Skills as part of the BrightStart program. 🎓

Key responsibilities
- Supporting clients in enhancing their HR technology landscape with a focus on integrating AI and GenAI solutions.
- Collaborating with senior stakeholders to understand organisational requirements and identify opportunities for AI-driven optimisation.
- Developing expertise in particular areas of the HR system, leveraging AI and HR AI technologies.
- Supporting system demonstrations and knowledge transfer sessions with clients.
- Collaborating on configuring chosen HR applications to align with client requirements and integrate AI components.
