You'll be diving into client workshops, data analysis, and strategic design to uncover key issues and craft killer solutions.
What You'll Need:
- A minimum of 104 UCAS points (achieved after 2017) from your top 3 A-Levels. (If achieved before 2017, it's 260 points). 🎓
- You'll be studying towards the Level 6 Digital and Technology Solutions Professional (Integrated Degree) Apprenticeship.

Your Role:
As an integral part of our OIDS team, you'll be a driving force for client transformation by:
- Defining and launching new operational and digital strategies. 🗺️
- Reimagining how businesses work and operate. 🔄
- Spearheading progress on large-scale technology implementations. 💻
- Designing and delivering solutions for complex challenges. 🧩
- Developing and implementing cutting-edge technologies. 🤖
- Creating innovative ways for clients to connect with their customers. 🤝
- Earning valuable industry and vendor training and certifications. 🏆
- Staying ahead of market trends through analysis and insight. 📊
Day-to-day, you'll be:
- Collecting and analysing data. 📊
- Creating and managing high-quality presentations. 🖥️
- Applying consulting and project management skills, innovating with new software and approaches. 🛠️
- Building professional relationships and rapport with clients. 👋
- Gaining exposure to new business design, ways of working, and tech. 💡
Where You'll Work:
We champion a hybrid model, blending office collaboration with the flexibility of home working. 🏠🏢 Client-facing roles might involve site visits, with meetings being a mix of online and in-person. Your final assessment and induction will be in-person to foster networking and relationship building.
