What you'll bring:
You'll need to have achieved or be working towards a minimum of 104 UCAS points (from your top 3 A-Levels, if achieved after 2017 – or 260 if before). You've got to have finished your studies by Summer 2027. We've also pinpointed 10 key skills essential for all our Early Careers roles. Your journey:
You'll jump into a vibrant cohort of like-minded people. 🧑🤝🧑 Your induction will equip you with the skills and confidence to shine with our clients. From day one, you'll be working with some of the world's biggest organisations, tackling real-world ethics and compliance puzzles alongside dynamic and passionate team members. This could mean:

- Assessing how well companies are performing in this space. 📊
- Helping tech giants get on board with new laws like the UK Online Safety Act and EU Digital Services. ⚖️
- Crafting processes and tools for today's and tomorrow's regulations. 🛠️

Where you'll be:
We know face-to-face connection is key for growth, but we also get that flexibility is a must. That's why we're all about a hybrid setup – a mix of office and home working. 🏠 If you're client-facing, you might be hitting up client sites. Meetings? A blend of online and in-person. Your final assessment and induction will definitely be in-person to help you network and build connections. All our spaces are accessible, and we're happy to discuss further flexibility if you have specific needs. 🌟

No prior experience in compliance needed, but a solid grasp of UK/EU regulations is a plus! 📚
