What you'll be doing:

• Building and launching AI tools 🤖 to streamline our recruitment processes.
• Experimenting with the latest LLMs, APIs, and AI platforms to tackle real business problems.
• Creating internal dashboards and data pipelines 📊 to inform smart decisions.
• Researching and evaluating new AI technologies and vendors in the talent space.
• Working with consultants, managers, and clients to turn challenges into tech solutions.
• Contributing to data quality, CRM optimisation, and system integration projects.
• Helping shape our company's technology strategy and AI roadmap. 🗺️

We're looking for someone with:

• A degree (or working towards one) in Computer Science, Computing, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a similar field. 🎓
• A real buzz for AI, ML, and how tech is changing the game. ⚡
• Experience with at least one programming language (Python is a plus!) and a hunger to learn fast. 🐍
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills. 🤔
• The ability to explain complex tech stuff to anyone. 🗣️
• A proactive, self-starter attitude – you’re comfortable with a bit of uncertainty! 💪
• An interest in how technology drives business success, not just the theory. 💡

Key responsibilities

• Designing, building, and deploying AI-powered tools and automations to improve recruitment workflows.
• Experimenting with large language models (LLMs), APIs, and emerging AI platforms to solve real business challenges.
• Developing internal dashboards, data pipelines, and reporting tools to support commercial decision-making.
• Researching and evaluating new AI technologies, tools, and vendors.
• Collaborating with consultants, managers, and clients to understand pain points and translate them into technical solutions.
