Key responsibilities
- Act as a key person to a group of children, liaising with parents/carers.
- Advise the manager of any concerns regarding children's well-being or equipment safety.
- Teach children, offering appropriate support and stimulating play experiences.
- Ensure children are kept safe and follow child protection procedures.
- Actively participate in team meetings and attend required training for personal development.
