IT Support Specialist 🚀

Are you a tech-savvy individual ready to dive into the world of IT support? We're looking for a motivated person to join our team and help keep our digital environment running smoothly!

What you'll be doing:

• Be the first point of contact for IT queries and requests through our central helpdesk. 📞
• Install, set up, and keep our hardware, software, and network systems in top shape. 💻
• Keep our network secure and ensure we're following all data protection and GDPR rules. 🔒
• Welcome new users by setting up their accounts and expertly manage access for departing staff and students. 👋
• Help maintain and fix all sorts of IT gear, from computers and printers to classroom tech. 🛠️
• Assist with regular system backups to ensure everything stays stable and safe. ☁️
• Provide tech help for audio-visual equipment and make sure our school events go off without a hitch. 🎤
• Lend a hand with exciting IT projects and upgrades happening across the Trust. ✨
• Champion cybersecurity awareness and help everyone practice safe digital habits. 🛡️
• Always uphold safeguarding responsibilities and keep all information confidential. 🤫

Entry requirements

GCSE in: (3 of any subject (grade 4+ (A* - C)), Maths & English (grade 3+ (D or above)))
