Key responsibilities

• Processing in person, telephone and online requests for appointments, visits and telephone consultations
• Computer data entry, data allocation, collation, processing and recording information
• Providing clerical assistance including word/data processing, filing, photocopying, and scanning
• Acting on patient requests with respect, sympathy and confidentiality
• Dealing with frustrated or upset patients professionally and responding to unpredictable situations

Entry requirements

GCSE in: (English (grade 4 or above), Maths (grade 4 or above))
