What's the Gig?

Dive into the world of childcare and education with us! You'll get to explore all corners of our nurseries and even our awesome Forest School, soaking up hands-on experience. 🌳 This apprenticeship is your fast track to becoming a qualified educator, complete with all the skills, experience, and qualifications you need. We offer Level 2 and Level 3 Early Years Practitioner/Educator apprenticeships, depending on your vibe and experience. Once you're qualified, the world is your oyster – climb the management ladder 📈 or find your niche and become a specialist in what you love! We've got tons of positions open because we're booming! 💥 This is a full-time gig (40 hours/week), with 20% dedicated to your learning journey.

Your Day-to-Day Will Be Like:

To Join the Adventure, You'll Need To:

Key responsibilities

• Support your team in the delivery of basic childcare routines
• Be responsible for the delivery of our 'learning through play’ educational ethos
• Innovate with activities and constantly challenge your children’s learning and development
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with parents
• Promote child welfare and ensure safeguarding procedures are followed
