What you'll be doing:

• Greeting patients with a smile and helping them with their appointments. 👋
• Answering patient questions with professionalism and care. 🤔
• Getting surgeries prepped, sterilizing instruments, and keeping our clinic super clean and safe (CQC standards, baby! ✅).
• Being a legend chairside during treatments and keeping patient records on point (GDPR compliant, of course! 🔒).
• Making sure patients feel comfortable, reassured, and have a fantastic dental visit. 😊
• Keeping our stock and equipment in check and surgeries always ready to go. 🚀
• Maintaining a spotless, safe, and fully stocked clinical environment. ✨

Key responsibilities

• Provide efficient and reliable chairside support to clinicians during treatments.
• Prepare surgeries, sterilise instruments, and maintain infection control to CQC standards.
• Assist with patient welcoming, appointment scheduling, and handling basic enquiries.
• Accurately update patient records and uphold patient privacy and confidentiality.
• Monitor and manage stock, equipment, and ensure surgery readiness.
