What You'll Be Doing:

• Getting vehicle panels prepped and ready for a flawless paint job – think filling, sanding, and meticulous masking. ✨
• Becoming a colour wizard! Mixing paints to perfection and achieving that high-quality finish. 🌈
• Applying primers, basecoats, and that all-important finishing coat with professional spray equipment. 🔫
• Making those painted vehicles shine! Polishing, touching up any minor imperfections, and carefully removing masking. ✨
• Learning and mastering approved repair methods to ensure your work meets top-notch manufacturer and BS10125 quality standards. 💯
• Keeping our tools, equipment, and workspace clean and safe at all times. 🧽
• Shadowing and learning from experienced technicians, developing your practical skills every day. 🧑‍🔧
• Communicating clearly with your team and contributing to a positive, collaborative work environment. 🤝
