Matrix Academy Trust is looking for a motivated Apprentice Creative Media Producer to join our vibrant Marketing & Engagement team. You'll dive headfirst into creating awesome visual content that tells the story of our Trust and amazing family of schools. 🏫

What You'll Be Doing:

• Learning the Ropes: Get hands-on training in photography 📸, videography 🎥, and all things content creation.
• Creating Awesome Stuff: Produce cool content like school videos, recruitment campaigns, social media gems, event highlights, inspiring pupil stories, and staff spotlights.
• Telling Our Story: Capture high-quality photos and videos across all our schools, events, and activities. 🌟
• Getting Creative: Plan, film, and edit content for different audiences and platforms. Think engaging social media clips, compelling case studies, and impactful campaign assets.
• Highlighting Success: Capture interviews and testimonials that showcase the incredible experiences of our pupils, staff, and community.
• Being a Brand Champion: Make sure all content is on point with Trust branding, values, and important stuff like safeguarding and GDPR. ✅
• Keeping Things Organised: Manage our library of photos, videos, and creative assets. 📂
• Covering Events: Bring your creative flair to capture exciting moments at Trust-wide events and celebrations. 🎉
• Boosting Campaigns: Support marketing, recruitment, and engagement campaigns with eye-catching content for websites, social media, and more.
• Building Relationships: Connect with colleagues across our schools and help them shine by promoting their achievements and events.
