What you'll be doing:

• Front Desk Rockstar: Greeting patients with a smile, answering calls, and being the first point of contact. 👋
• Patient Champion: Handling patient queries and making sure they have a great experience. ✨
• Cash Handling: Taking payments like a pro. 💰
• Appointment Guru: Booking appointments and managing follow-ups. 📅
• Hygiene Hero: Sterilising and preparing equipment for our dentists. 🧼
• Record Keeper: Managing patient records accurately. 📂
• Wellbeing Warrior: Supporting patients' overall wellbeing and dental journey. ❤️
• Sparkling Spaces: Keeping dental areas, including chairs, spick and span. ✨
• Stock Master: Managing equipment and supply inventory. 📦
• Team Player: Assisting dentists and the senior team with any other duties to ensure top-notch patient care. 🤝

Key responsibilities

• Undertake reception duties, including answering calls and greeting patients.
• Manage patient queries, process payments, and schedule appointments.
• Sterilise and prepare dental equipment for dentists.
• Record and deal with patient records.
• Maintain cleanliness of dental areas and manage stock of supplies.
