What you'll be doing:
- Helping clients with personal care and daily routines, always promoting dignity, choice, and independence. 💖
- Assisting with medication as per their care plans and your training. ⚕️
- Supporting with meal prep, focusing on nutrition and hydration, and respecting preferences. 🍲
- Providing companionship and emotional support, building positive and trusting relationships. 🥰
- Helping clients with shopping, light household tasks, and everyday activities at home. 🛍️
- Supporting clients to access their local community and activities, maintaining their independence. 🚶♀️
- Following care plans and safety guidelines to provide top-notch, person-centred care. ✅
- Observing and reporting any changes in a client's wellbeing. 🧐
- Working professionally with colleagues, clients, and families, boosting communication and teamwork skills. 🤝
