You'll be working towards a Hospitality Team Member Level 2 Apprenticeship over 15 months. Under the guidance of our amazing teams, you'll not only get a nationally recognised qualification but also become a key player in making our businesses awesome and creating some seriously cool memories! 🎉

• No boring college days! Your training is delivered on the job, with 1-on-1 calls with your dedicated Learner Coach every 6 weeks and a super supportive in-work mentor. 🧑‍🏫

Wage: £10.85 per hour for 16-20 year olds.

Key responsibilities

• Offer a warm welcome and farewell to guests, while effectively communicating the service cycle, our products and any special offers or events.
• Provide personalised recommendations that cater to the specific needs and preference of each guest.
• Have open communication with the entire team to ensure the delivery of outstanding service.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the front of house, outdoor and toilet areas.
• Participate in all in-house training, e-learning and the completion of assigned learning modules.
