Ready to build your career? We're looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Fenestration Installation Apprentices! This is your chance to dive into the world of construction and learn a vital trade. 🛠️

What You'll Be Doing:

• Figuring out exactly what's needed for fenestration (think windows and doors!) installation. 📏
• Reading and understanding the game plan for each job, keeping in mind the environment, building structure, and specs. 📝
• Safely getting, handling, storing, and moving all your materials and components. 🚚
• Getting the site, tools, and access sorted and ready for action. ✅
• Removing old fenestration, knowing what to do or who to ask if things get tricky. 🤔
• Making sure everything stays stable with proper supports. 💪
• Prepping the openings (where the new stuff goes) perfectly for the property. 🎯
• Putting in the new fenestration units. 🪟
• Installing glass, panels, and all the hardware. 🔧
• Finishing things off inside and out, making it look sharp. ✨
• Keeping your workspace clean and tidy from start to finish. 🧹
• Doing checks on your work and the area, both during and at the end. 👀
• Showing the finished product and handing over the paperwork. 📄
• Working safely and responsibly, always thinking about yourself and others. 👷‍♀️👷‍♂️
• Reporting any issues or things that aren't quite right, pronto! 📢
