What you'll be doing:

• Greet guests with a genuine smile and guide them through our offerings and any special events. 👋
• Offer personalised recommendations based on guest preferences. 💡
• Build rapport with regular guests by remembering their favourites and having engaging chats. 🗣️
• Ensure guests are having a fantastic time and seek feedback. 💯
• Provide speedy and efficient service, handling any queries or issues professionally. ⚡
• Collaborate with your team, offering support and ensuring everyone has a great shift. 🤝
• Contribute your ideas in team meetings. 🧠
• Keep our front of house, outdoor areas, and restrooms sparkling clean. ✨
• Participate in all training and complete assigned learning modules. 📚
• Always follow brand standards, licensing laws, and company policies. 📜

No prior experience? No problem! We're looking for your warm, helpful attitude, and we'll teach you everything you need to know. 💪

Your Apprenticeship Journey:

You'll be working towards a Hospitality Team Member Level 2 Apprenticeship over 15 months, fully paid for! 🌟 This is all on-the-job training with your own dedicated Lifetime Learner Coach and an in-house mentor. You’ll also gain Functional Skills in English and Maths if needed. 🤓 Regular feedback sessions with your coach and manager will keep you on track for success. 📈

Your Wage:

• Ages 16-20: £10.85 per hour
• Ages 21+: £12.71 per hour

Key responsibilities

• Offer a warm welcome and farewell to guests, while effectively communicating the service cycle, our products and any special offers or events
• Provide personalised recommendations that cater to the specific needs and preference of each guest
• Value regular guests by remembering their preferences and engaging in meaningful conversations
• Check all guests are enjoying their meal and discussing the guest experience survey
• Provide a fast and efficient service and ensure any guest queries and complaints are handled promptly and professionally
