  • Jump into IT projects and upgrades across the Trust. ✨
  • Boost cybersecurity awareness and teach everyone how to stay safe online. 🌐
  • Always keep safeguarding and confidentiality a top priority. ❤️

Who We're Looking For:

Someone who's proactive, a total tech whiz, and genuinely excited about IT and digital tech! You'll be a great communicator, bring a positive vibe, and be awesome at working solo or as part of our supportive team. 💪

Must-Have Skills:

  • Know your way around Microsoft 365 (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook). 📊
  • Experience installing, updating, and maintaining software and PCs. 📁
  • A solid understanding of basic networking and how to fix it. 🌐
  • Killer time management and organisational skills. ⏱️
  • Ability to chat clearly and effectively with everyone. 🗣️
  • Committed to safeguarding and protecting data. ✅
  • Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented. ⭐
  • Calm, flexible, and customer-focused approach. 😊
  • MUST HAVE: Driving licence and your own vehicle. 🚗

Entry Requirements:

  • 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject.
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above).
  • You shouldn't have an existing qualification at the same or higher level in a similar subject.

Hours:
