You'll work alongside seasoned pros, learning the ins and outs of how projects are planned, costed, and bid for. 💰 Think of it as getting the inside scoop on the entire construction lifecycle, from idea to reality! 💡
What You'll Be Doing:
- Bid Boss: Help prep and submit winning bids, proposals, and tender documents for awesome new projects. 📄
- Client Whisperer: Figure out what clients *really* need, their priorities, and challenges to craft killer bid strategies. 🗣️
- Content Creator: Produce engaging, client-focused content for submissions that showcases our amazing work. ✨
- Team Player: Coordinate with all sorts of teams across the business (Estimating, Commercial, Design, Ops, Social Value!) to make sure our bids are on point and on time. 🤝
- Tracker Pro: Create and manage responsibility matrices, action trackers, and timelines to keep everything running smoothly. 🗓️
- Info Hub: Keep our document control systems updated with case studies, project info, and all the important stuff so it's always ready. 📁
- Research Rockstar: Help gather info, do some digging, and develop content for presentations and client meetings. 📊
- Lifecycle Learner: Grasp the entire project journey, from spotting opportunities to handing over the finished product. 🔄
- Network Navigator: Build relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across the business to understand how everything fits together. 🌐

Entry Requirements:
- By September 2027: Grade 4/C or above in GCSE Maths & English (or equivalent). 🔢
- By September 2027: Two A-Levels at Grade D or above (or equivalent). 📚
- A full UK Driving Licence is essential. 🔑
Location: Birmingham
Important Note: This is a project-based role, so be prepared for potential travel to different project sites within the region or even nationally throughout the programme. ✈️ Mobility and a willingness to travel are key!
