What you'll be doing:

• Building and deploying smart AI tools and automations to make our recruitment processes smoother and faster. 🤖
• Exploring the power of large language models (LLMs) and APIs to tackle real-world business challenges. 💡
• Creating awesome internal dashboards, data pipelines, and reports to help us make smart commercial decisions. 📊
• Researching and evaluating the latest AI technologies, tools, and vendors in talent acquisition and professional services. 🧐
• Working closely with consultants, managers, and clients to understand their needs and translate them into innovative tech solutions. 🤝
• Contributing to critical projects like data quality, CRM optimization, and systems integration. 🔗
• Helping to shape our company's overall technology strategy and AI roadmap. 🗺️

What we're looking for:

• Currently studying (or nearly finished!) a degree in Computer Science, Computing, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. 🎓
• A genuine passion for artificial intelligence, machine learning, and how they're changing the game in different industries. ✨
• Experience with at least one programming language (Python is a big plus! 🐍) and a knack for picking up new tech quickly.
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills. 🤔
• Great communication skills – you can explain tech stuff clearly to anyone. 🗣️
• A proactive, can-do attitude – you’re a self-starter who thrives even when things aren't perfectly defined. 💪
