Apprentice Sports Coach 🚀

Ready to kickstart your career in sports and making a real impact? We're looking for enthusiastic Apprentices to join our team and help deliver awesome PE, sport, and physical activity sessions for kids aged 4-11! 🤸‍♂️

You'll be working side-by-side with experienced coaches in primary schools and community hubs, getting hands-on experience in:

• Session Support: Assisting with planning, prepping, and delivering fun, safe, and inclusive activities that everyone can enjoy. 🎉
• Logistics: Setting up and organising equipment, and getting learning spaces ready to go. 🎒
• Positive Vibes: Helping to manage behaviour and create a super safe and positive environment for all the kids. 👍
• Variety of Activities: Getting involved in curriculum PE lessons, after-school clubs, and even holiday camps! 🏖️
• Development Tracking: Helping to keep an eye on kids' progress, filling in basic reports, and keeping records straight. 📝
• Building Connections: Developing awesome relationships with pupils, teachers, parents, and your colleagues. 🤝
• Skill Up: Learning and growing your coaching skills through dedicated training and mentorship. 🌱

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning, preparation, and delivery of PE, sport, and physical activity sessions.
• Ensure a safe environment, including setting up equipment and supporting behaviour management.
• Assist with monitoring children’s progress and maintaining accurate records.
• Support children’s overall development within primary school and community settings.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, school staff, parents, and colleagues.
