What You'll Be Doing:

• AI Opportunity Spotting: 💡 You'll be the go-to person for understanding how our teams operate, pinpointing those repetitive tasks begging for automation, and figuring out where AI can make a major difference – think boosting productivity, enhancing customer experiences, or sharpening our decision-making. Plus, you'll build compelling cases for why these AI projects are a must.
• AI Tool Deployment: 🛠️ Get hands-on with cutting-edge AI platforms and technologies. You'll be responsible for rolling out tools like ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and various automation platforms, configuring them to perfection, and testing them to ensure they work like a charm for our teams.
• Automation & Process Power-Up: 🚀 Design and implement smart automated workflows that slash manual admin. You'll monitor and fine-tune existing automations and document all our awesome processes and best practices.
• Data & Insight Generator: 📊 Dive into our business data to uncover hidden trends and opportunities. You'll create AI-powered reports and dashboards, measure the success of our AI efforts, and help everyone make smarter, data-driven decisions.
• Training & Change Champion: 🎓 Empower your colleagues by training them on new AI tools and best practices. You'll create helpful user guides and resources, support teams through the AI adoption journey, and champion the responsible and effective use of AI.
• Governance & Compliance Guardian: ✅ Ensure AI is used ethically and securely. You'll be involved in reviewing data privacy and compliance, helping to establish our AI policies, and keeping a pulse on new AI regulations.
