What you'll be doing:

• Project Kick-off Master: Dive into new projects, map out the game plan, identify potential roadblocks 🚧, and create strategies to crush them.
• Contract Connoisseur: Get a grip on contract details, understand what we're delivering, and flag any tricky commercial stuff to the Contracts Manager.
• Order & Negotiate Pro: Raise purchase orders, figure out what's most important, haggle for better prices 💰, and make sure we hit our deadlines.
• Sub-contractor Champion: Work with our sub-contractors, making sure everyone's on the same page and following the rules.
• Budget Boss: Keep a close eye on project costs, prevent overspending 💸, and track everything through our accounting system.
• Payment Powerhouse: Get invoices out, chase payments with the accounts team, and ensure we're getting paid on time. ⏰
• Sales Scout: Keep an ear out for new business opportunities within existing projects and help us grow. 🌱
• Client Whisperer: Build awesome relationships with clients, their reps, and everyone involved to make sure everyone's happy. 😊
• Variation Virtuoso: Measure, estimate, and quote for any changes that come up during a project.
• Multi-Project Maestro: Juggle multiple projects simultaneously, owning every step from start to finish. 🤹
• Financial Forecaster: Manage the money side of things, aiming for maximum profit margins, and keep Upper Management in the loop with regular financial reports. 📊
• Cash Flow King/Queen: Oversee project cash flow and payment schedules.
• MS Project Pro: Create and manage project timelines using MS Projects. 🗓️
• Timeline Titan: Ensure projects are delivered within client deadlines and manage overall project schedules.
• Customer Satisfaction Guru: Keep clients updated, attend meetings, and ensure a top-notch customer experience. 🌟
• Admin Ace: Handle all project paperwork from start to finish, including O&M manuals.
• Safety First Advocate: Work with our Health & Safety team to create essential safety documents like CDM, CHASP, Risk Assessments, and Method Statements. 👷‍♀️
• H&S Enforcer: Manage projects according to safety plans and promote a secure working environment.
• Reporting Rockstar: Provide regular updates to Management on project finances and progress.
• Team Leader: Assign and manage installation, commissioning, and maintenance teams to get the job done right.
• Service Superstar: Deliver a reliable, efficient, and excellent service every time.
• Brand Ambassador: Represent the company with professionalism, excellent dress sense, and great communication. 💯
• Relationship Builder: Foster strong client relationships that extend beyond project delivery.
• Specification Specialist: Ensure all project specifications are met, unless officially agreed otherwise.

What you'll bring:
