IT Support Apprentice 🚀
Ready to dive into the world of tech and kickstart your career? We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our IT team as an IT Support Apprentice! You'll be the go-to person for all things tech, from fixing laptops 💻 that won't connect to setting up new team members and getting meeting room screens 🖥️ back online.
As you learn on the job, you'll be working towards a Level 3 Apprenticeship with Leep Talent, gaining valuable, real-world experience from day one. No prior work experience is needed – just a passion for technology and a willingness to learn! 🧠 You'll work closely with our Director of UK Technology & Global IT, getting hands-on with everything from Microsoft server infrastructure to cloud and backup systems. - Creating and managing user accounts, licences, and access within Microsoft 365. 🔑
- Keeping our IT asset records spick and span – knowing what we have, where it is, and who's using it. 📊
- Providing support for meeting room and AV equipment. 🎤
- Maintenance & Security Star:
- Helping with regular updates, patching, and device health checks. ✅
- Running backup checks and reporting any hiccups. ☁️
- Following our IT security policies and helping colleagues spot online risks like phishing. 🎣
- Writing and updating easy-to-follow how-to guides for users and handy support notes for the team. 📝
Your First Year Success Looks Like:
- Handling most first-line support tickets independently and closing them within our target times. ⏱️
- Managing new starter and leaver setups from start to finish. 👍
- Being on track for your End Point Assessment for your apprenticeship. 🏆
- Creating at least five useful support guides for the team. 🌟
