What you'll be doing:

• Be the first point of contact for clients needing IT help through phone, email, and remote tools. 📱📧💻
• Help manage and keep our Microsoft 365 and cloud services running smoothly. ☁️
• Assist with cloud and networking infrastructure, learning from our senior engineers. 🤓
• Tackle issues with hardware, software, internet connections, and user accounts. 🛠️
• Keep an eye on client systems to make sure they're always reliable and performing at their best. 👀
• Create and update important technical guides and support logs. 📚
• Help with system upgrades, rolling out new software, and setting up new users. 🔄
• Learn and apply the latest IT security best practices to protect our clients. 🔒
• Collaborate with our amazing technical team on exciting cloud and infrastructure projects. 🤝

Key responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support to clients via phone, email, and remote support tools

• Create and maintain technical documentation and support records

GCSE in: (3 of any subject (grade 4+ (A* - C)), Maths & English (grade 3+ (D or above)))
