What you'll be doing:

• Front of House Fab: Greeting patients with a smile 😊 and handling all incoming calls 📞.
• Patient Power: Answering patient questions and making sure they feel looked after.
• Smooth Sailing: Taking payments and managing appointments, including follow-ups. 🗓️
• Sterile & Ready: Ensuring all dental equipment is sterilised and prepped for our dentists. ✨
• Record Rockstar: Accurately managing patient records. ✍️
• Comfort Crew: Supporting patient wellbeing and ensuring a great dental experience.
• Sparkle & Shine: Keeping dental areas, including chairs, spotless. 🧼
• Stock Savvy: Managing equipment and supply inventory. 📦
• Team Player: Assisting dentists and the senior team with any tasks to deliver top-notch patient care. 💪

Key responsibilities

• Performing reception duties, including answering calls and greeting patients.
• Managing patient queries, payments, and appointment bookings.
• Sterilising and preparing dental equipment.
• Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.
• Supporting the dental team with general clinic operations and patient care.
