• Inspire Connection: Encourage students to connect with each other and get involved in the cool stuff happening in class. 🌱 Boost their confidence and independence, helping them believe in themselves.
• Celebrate Wins: Give feedback to pupils on their progress and achievements, all under the guidance of our fantastic teachers. 🎉
• One-on-One Power: Offer dedicated one-to-one support for pupils, whether it's helping with their special needs or just being a steady hand, as guided by the teacher.
• Team Up with Teachers: Provide essential admin and clerical support – think printing, organizing, data entry, and handling classroom funds. 🗂️
• Showcase Brilliance: Help create amazing displays of student work that show off their hard work and creativity. 🖼️
• Create an Awesome Space: Work with teachers to build a purposeful, organized, and supportive learning environment that aligns with lesson plans. 📚
• Achieve Goals Together: Collaborate with teachers to implement strategies that help pupils smash their learning targets. 🎯
• Keep Everyone in the Loop: Report on pupil achievements, progress, and any challenges in the agreed format.
• Data Dynamo: Assist with essential pupil record-keeping. 📊
• Exam Ace: Help administer routine primary tests and invigilate exams.
• Positive Vibes Only: Promote excellent pupil behaviour, manage conflicts and incidents, and encourage students to take ownership of their actions, all in line with our school's positive policies. 👍
• Connect with Families: Build strong relationships with parents and carers, sharing important information as needed. 🤝

Key responsibilities

• Provide tailored support to pupils, promoting inclusion and independence.
• Deliver clerical and administrative assistance to the teacher.

• Promote positive pupil behaviour and establish constructive relationships with parents/carers.
