Join our awesome team as a Property Caretaker and become the go-to person for keeping our managed properties in top shape! ✨ This isn't your average gig – you'll be out and about, making sure everything's perfect for our tenants.

What you'll be doing:

• Be the first point of contact for pre and post-move checks at our properties. 🧐
• Conduct thorough inventories to document everything. 📝
• Coordinate and schedule essential property maintenance and repairs with our network of contractors. 🛠️
• Ensure our properties are looking their best and are totally ready for new tenants to move in. 🔑
• Connect with landlords, tenants, and contractors, keeping everyone in the loop. 🗣️
• Manage and oversee all repair and maintenance tasks. 👷‍♀️👷‍♂️
• Team up with our super-talented lettings team. 🤝

What you'll need:

• A full, clean driving license. 🚗
• Your own reliable car for business use (expenses covered, of course!). ⛽
